Thank you for your patience regarding your submission of the above titled work. My senior colleagues and our Publishing Board have now had an opportunity to meet and discuss this work.

Although this work is interesting and well written, unfortunately it is not something, which the Board feels able to take on.

I am afraid that because of the current market recession, the Publishing Board has to be increasingly careful of what it takes on, and unfortunately it does not feel that it has the appropriate place for this book on its Pegasus (non-contributory) schedule at present.

I am very sorry to be coming back to you with a negative response on this occasion and I do sincerely wish you every success in placing this work elsewhere in the very near future.
